Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Carbon Nova Labs, every order is manufactured specifically for each customer. We do not keep products sitting on shelves, allowing us to maintain the quality and consistency our customers expect. Because of this made-to-order production process, all sales are considered final.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

If production has not yet begun, we may allow the value of your order to be applied as store credit toward another product of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid before the order is processed.

Because all products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is received. We cannot guarantee that requests for product exchanges can be accommodated before production begins.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed, exchanged, or credited.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to product integrity, we do not accept returns of any products.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If you receive a damaged package, an incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the shipping box, packing materials, shipping label, and product(s)

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other appropriate remedy if the issue resulted from our error.

Shipping Delays

Carbon Nova Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be reshipped.

Chargebacks

At Carbon Nova Labs, we take pride in producing the highest quality products at industry-leading prices. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first—we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.

Chargebacks filed without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

We actively contest chargebacks that violate our published policies using order records, production records, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. Confirmed fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may also be reported to our payment processors and fraud prevention partners as permitted by applicable law.

Abusive chargebacks increase costs for everyone and make it more difficult for small businesses like ours to continue offering exceptional quality at competitive prices. We appreciate customers who work with us directly to resolve any concerns.
